On October 14, 2014, upon discussion by the 852^nd session of President work meeting of Peking University and approval by the 94^th session of standing member committee of the 12^th CPC Committee, School of Advanced Agricultural sciences, Peking University (in preparation) shall be founded as a teaching and research institution of independent organizational position of the University.
